Trellisbyte LLC, a California limited liability company, operates the website infrastructure at stolarz.ai. This notice covers the shared website infrastructure, product analytics, reading preferences and video player on the ordinary informational pages. Product purchases and accounts on systemsculpt.com are covered by the SystemSculpt Privacy Policy.

Visiting. Our hosting provider hosts and protects the site and processes network and request information, including IP addresses, browser details and requested pages, to deliver it and prevent abuse. The site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookies on its ordinary content pages. Fonts and displayed X-post media are served from the site's own infrastructure; merely reading a cached X post does not load an X widget in your browser. Following a link to X or another website opens a service with its own privacy practices.

Product analytics. We record how visitors use this site so we can improve it: the pages you view and leave, what you click and which links you follow. Outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we also record visits so we can replay them: the page as you saw it, with your scrolling, mouse movement and clicks; anything you type is hidden. A cookie and browser storage keep a random visitor ID so one visit links to the next. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we store nothing in your browser for this and record no replays. Our product analytics provider records this for us in the United States. With each event and replay it receives your browser and device type, screen size, the referring site and your IP address, from which it works out your approximate location (city, region and country). It keeps events for up to 1 year and replays for up to 30 days. To turn it off, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we then record none of it), or block cookies and scripts for this site. To delete what was recorded, email legal@trellisbyte.com.

Reading preferences. If you choose “Set as default” for Raw or Dressed writing, your browser stores the choice locally as writing-view. It is not an advertising identifier and has no automatic expiry. You can change the choice or clear the site's browser storage. Local scripts also support media playback, search and layout.

Video. YouTube's privacy-enhanced player loads only when you choose to play a video. After that, Google receives request information such as your IP address and browser details and may use storage needed for the player. Privacy-enhanced mode does not make playback anonymous. See Google's privacy policy. You can read the page without loading the video.

Privacy messages and separate services. If you email legal@trellisbyte.com, we use the information to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed. Separate services or forms may have their own operators and notices; this infrastructure notice does not describe their handling of submitted information.

Use, retention and rights. Website information is used to operate and secure the site, respond to requests and honor your choices, not sold for money or used by Trellisbyte to build cross-site advertising profiles. Technical records are retained according to the hosting service's operational needs; correspondence is retained as needed to answer and document the request and meet legal obligations. No fixed deletion period for provider logs is promised. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries where the relevant providers operate. Where applicable, the legal bases are legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, responding to a request, and consent for optional processing that requires it. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to its use or withdraw consent by contacting legal@trellisbyte.com. Applicable law may also allow you to complain to a data-protection authority. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Browser signals. The ordinary content pages have no cross-site advertising tracking to switch off. Global Privacy Control turns off product analytics. The pages do not change their behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Third-party services you choose to open have their own controls.
